I haven't tried crispy garlic before and was pleasantly surprised with this. It was easy to sprinkle onto or into any dish to elevate and add a great crunch to the texture. We used it first on a focaccia with rosemary and goat cheese and it was excellent... so good we forgot to take a picture of it after cooking! we have also been using to add into asian style sauces for bok choy and other greens and to top rice.
